Supriya Jha

Associate

Supriya Jha is a strategic people and culture leader with over 18 years of experience shaping enterprise-wide human capital, leadership, and organizational strategy across global organizations, including SAP, Nasdaq, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Mercer. Her work focuses on translating strategy into measurable outcomes, strengthening leadership pipelines, advancing employee engagement, and building high-performing, purpose-driven cultures. 

Most recently, she served as SVP and Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at SAP SE. At SAP, she shaped inclusion strategy for a global workforce of over 100,000 employees, aligning culture, leadership, and employee experience with business priorities and strengthening the company’s positioning with investors and external stakeholders. She was also a member of SAP’s AI Ethics Steering Committee, contributing to responsible approaches to emerging technologies and the future of work. 

At Nasdaq, she built the foundation of the firm’s diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategy, establishing global employee networks that scaled to thousands of employees, launching enterprise-wide programming, and advancing marketplace engagement initiatives. She also served on Nasdaq’s Corporate ESG Committee, shaping human capital strategy and supporting the firm’s positioning and reputation. 

Supriya has been recognized among the Top 15 Diversity & Inclusion leaders globally and serves on the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Investing in Gender Parity.  

She holds an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Postgraduate degree in Business Communications from the Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA), India.
