Stephanie Chow

Lecturer

Stephanie Chow has successfully mediated thousands of cases with settlements in the hundreds of millions. She negotiates complex commercial settlements for fortune 500 companies along with high growth startups. Her work routinely involves multi-party actions, across the full spectrum of civil litigation, including, intellectual property, entertainment, bankruptcy, consumer class actions, civil rights, cryptocurrency, sexual abuse, and major torts.

Stephanie was a partner with Antonio Piazza for over a decade where she established the firm's Founder Advisory Program, offering strategies and advice on navigating direct negotiations, and managing issues before they deteriorate into expensive distractions or become missed opportunities.

Previously, Stephanie worked on intellectual property matters in the legal department of Amazon Web Services. While in law school, Stephanie clerked at the United States Court of Appeals, Office of the Circuit Executive, Ninth Circuit, under the Honorable Alex Kozinski.

Stephanie lectures at Columbia Law School and Stanford University in mediation and negotiations. She is a member of the State Bar Associations of California, New York and Washington, has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and is recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
