Sandhya Mani

Course Associate, Information & Knowledge Strategy (IKNS); Technical Writer, RWS Group

Sandhya is a knowledge management professional. She brings an interdisciplinary background spanning business analytics, computer science, and information systems, with a strong foundation in translating complex technical and analytical concepts into clear, decision-ready knowledge. Prior to her work in knowledge management, Sandhya held several programming and software development roles, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of web and application based systems. This technical experience continues to inform her analytical approach and enables her to bridge theory with real-world implementation. 

Sandhya is passionate about education and enjoys supporting student learning. 

She holds an M.S. in Information and Knowledge Strategy (IKNS) from Columbia University and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.
