Rimla Khawaja is an accomplished leader in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) with over 15 years of progressive experience in highly regulated financial services and insurance sectors. Currently Head of Third-Party Risk Management Governance at Crédit Agricole CIB in New York, she brings deep expertise across the TPRM space, including strategic program development, policy authorship, control testing to resolve regulatory and audit findings, global framework standardization for emerging regulations (including operational resilience standards), advanced risk assessment tool deployment, cross-regional team leadership, and large-scale implementations encompassing thousands of third parties. Her expertise draws from key roles at Morgan Stanley and Chubb, where she advanced vendor governance, due diligence, onboarding processes, and program rollouts.
