Regina Dolgoarshinnykh

Program Director, M.S. in Actuarial Science

Dr. Dolgoarshinnykh has been part of the University since 2003 as an assistant professor in the Department of Statistics, and has served as an associate researcher and graduate consulting advisor in Statistics since 2010. She holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Mathematical and Actuarial Science from Central Connecticut State University, and is a member of the American Statistical Association and the Institute of Mathematical Statistics.

“I’m excited about joining the Actuarial Science program. My intention is to make sure our curriculum stays current with industry needs and to help prospective students understand how valuable this program is to their careers,” said Dr. Dolgoarshinnykh. “The strength of the program has historically been the professional development of our students, and I plan to continue providing our students with the highest-quality career support.”
