Reet Desai

ANCoRS Editorial Manager | M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Reet Desai is a current student in the M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (NECR) program at Columbia University and serves as the Editorial Manager of the student group Association for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (ANCoRS).

She recently completed a Master of Arts in International Relations at King’s College London, where she developed expertise in international security, diplomacy, and political economy. Prior to her postgraduate studies, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies at Ajeenkya DY Patil University, complemented by study abroad programs at Teesside University and the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Reet has interned with the Institute of Economic Affairs in London, where she conducted research and authored commentary on global policy issues. She also contributes to Young Voices, an international platform that amplifies emerging policy thinkers, where her work focuses on international relations and security. Her writing has been published in outlets such as the London Security Review and the IOSR Journal of Economics and Finance.

As ANCoRS Editorial Manager, Reet leads the association’s newsletter and publications, combining her editorial experience and policy background to strengthen the board’s mission of fostering dialogue and advancing practice in negotiation and conflict resolution.
