Raymond LaManna

Principal & Human Resource consultant, LaManna Consulting

Ray LaManna is currently the owner of his own human resources consulting firm, specializing in employee relations, training, coaching and HR policy advising. In addition, he is Professor of Management at the Larendra Paul Loomba Management Department at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in strategic management and human resources. Mr. LaManna has extensive experience in the human resources field.  Prior to establishing his own firm, Ray held positions as Director of Human Resources at the Parish of Trinity Church on Wall Street, Human Resources Director of Integrated Resources Inc., a diversified financial services firm, where he was responsible for all employee relations, recruitment and compensation functions as well as HR positions at Wells Fargo Bank and JP Morgan Chase.

Ray has also been actively involved in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as national chairperson of the Management Practices committee.  He was also national Subject Matter Expert in Business Management & Strategy. He has spoken at the HR/NY monthly meetings and SHRM regional seminars on HR and management issues and holds life certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  Ray has also prepared over 1500 people for the SHRM certification exams.
