Paola Hadjilambri

Paola Hadjilambri is an interdisciplinary academic, executive leader, and educator whose diversified studies and work, reflect a sustained professional focus on integrating performance-based methodologies with business strategy and organizational leadership.
Her career spans senior executive leadership, education, media, and the creative industries. She has served as Vice President of Emerland Real Estate Ltd and as Director of Business Development at a leading international law firm, where she led growth strategy, market positioning, cross-border partnerships, and senior stakeholder engagement. She has also held roles in corporate communications and branding for major real estate developers and educational organizations. Earlier in her career, she held roles in media and journalism, contributing to national television and print outlets.
In parallel, Mrs. Hadjilambri has built an extensive teaching and executive education portfolio. She has taught language, theatre, leadership, and communication in prestigious private schools and professional development settings and is a certified professional trainer under the Human Resources Development Authority of Cyprus. Her pedagogical approach emphasizes applied learning, experiential methodologies, and measurable leadership impact.
Her scholarly and creative work includes award-winning theatrical productions presented internationally, addressing leadership, identity, and social justice. As an award-winning playwright and performer, she has received international recognition at the United Solo Festival in New York. She received the Norns Award in Italy and recently she was honored with the Impact Award 2025 by the Global Association of Creative Women. She received her award at a special ceremony, at the Headquarters of the United Nations in New York. She is the author of two books on communication and executive presence and is a frequent speaker at international business and leadership forums.
