Nidal Babar

Nidal Babar is Managing Director for the Dealerweb Technology division of Tradeweb since 2015. During his time at Tradeweb, he has been responsible for the build-out of the technology organization, providing support and product delivery for the Inter-Dealer Electronic and Hybrid trading businesses.

Prior to joining Tradeweb, Babar was Head of EMEA Technology Operations at ICAP Plc based in London where he oversaw system operations and delivery for trading, middle and back office in the EMEA region. He has an extensive background in electronic trading technology and has held various leadership roles across the technology stack, starting at BrokerTec in 1999.

Babar is also an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Caldwell University.
