Neil is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry Consulting's Organizational Strategies Consulting business. Neil helps Fortune 500 clients to solve challenges relating to business transformation, culture and strategic communications. Prior to his role at Korn Ferry, Neil served as a Senior Vice President at the world's third largest public relations firm, BCW, where he ran the Business Transformation Practice.

Based in New York City, Neil brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of management consulting, strategic communication, diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, leadership development, public speaking and presentation delivery. Neil has also served as a leader at Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital Consulting Practice and has advised Fortune 500 executives through large-scale business transformations. Neil has provided leadership and support for multi-year, global transformation programs across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, Technology, Oil & Gas, Media, and others.

Neil holds a Master of Business in Finance, Change Management and Leadership from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and History from the Johns Hopkins University.
