Neil is an Executive Director at Sia, where he helps Fortune 500 clients navigate business transformation, strategic communications, and AI adoption. Earlier in his career, Neil served as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry Consulting's Organizational Strategies Consulting business, and prior to that as a Senior Vice President at Burson, the world's largest public relations firm, where he ran the Business Transformation Practice. Neil has spent his career at the intersection of communications and organizational change, helping leaders translate complex transformation priorities into clear, human narratives. At Sia, Neil has also built and led an AI-focused offering within the firm's transformation consulting practice.
Based in New York City, Neil brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of management consulting, strategic communication, organizational culture, leadership development, public speaking and presentation delivery. Neil has also served as a leader at Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital Consulting Practice, where he led multi-year, global transformation programs across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, Technology, Oil & Gas, Media, and others.
Neil holds a Master of Business in Finance, Change Management and Leadership from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and History from the Johns Hopkins University.
He has taught Strategic Communications in Columbia's Enterprise Risk Management program since 2022.
