Mindy Davison

Mindy is the Director of HR for the Global Sales, Health and Wellbeing and International organizations at Delta Air Lines Inc. She leads the Business Partner HR function for over 1000 U.S. based employees and over 2,000 employees outside of the United States based in 50+ countries. She serves as a strategic business partner to leaders and employees in Delta’s Operations, Corporate and Commercial divisions. In her role she is responsible for strategic HR initiatives, employee relations, culture and international talent management. 

Prior to leading the International HR team, Mindy worked in Delta’s Atlanta operation as a General Manager leading a large operational team in the world’s busiest airport. In addition, she served as a General Manager of HR for Airport Customer Service & Cargo as well as Reservations Sales and Customer Care. 

Mindy joined Delta in 2001 as an HR business partner in the In-Flight Service Division. Mindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication and Sociology as well as an M.B.A from the University of Utah.
