Michael Stallworth Jr. is a 2025 HBCU Fellow at Columbia University pursuing his M.S. in Enterprise Risk Management and originally from Mobile, Alabama. He graduated from Alabama State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, where he served as President of the National Association of Black Accountants, President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, and Polemarch of the Beta Zeta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Michael was also a HBCU White House Scholar, 2023 HBCU Battle of the Brains Champion, a participant in the Harvard Business School Summer Venture in Management Program, a former Citi Corporate Banking Summer Analyst, and a former EY Tech Risk Assurance Intern. He aspires to build a career at the intersection of finance, risk management, and general business strategy ultimately becoming a CFO and driving strategic growth and innovation through private equity, consulting, and impact investing in underserved communities.
