Melissa Joyner

As the assistant manager of leasing operations for Columbia Residential, Melissa Joyner is responsible for ensuring quality customer service with graduate and undergraduate students, as well as other residents and affiliates. She is primarily involved with counseling students, communicating Columbia Residential policies, and connecting them to the many resources available at Columbia University.
