She is a frequent panelist and guest speaker at notable conferences (Forbes CHRO Summit, Fortune’s MPW), universities (Dartmouth, Harvard, MIT) and governmental agencies (European Parliament). Prior to Dropbox, Melanie held HR leadership roles at Apple and General Electric. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Bentley University and a Master's Degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
