Dropbox Chief People Officer Melanie Rosenwasser oversees its global HR team, including People Operations and Tech, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Organizational Development, People Analytics, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Melanie is passionate about fostering innovation, investing in a continuous learning culture, and designing workplaces that inspire people to do their best work. Melanie is an industry thought leader in the future of work -  Dropbox's Virtual First working model is designed around the idea that flexibility is the ultimate currency in knowledge work.

Melanie is an advisor to several high-growth tech companies and is a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women. She is a frequent panelist and guest speaker at notable conferences (Forbes CHRO Summit, Fortune’s MPW), universities (Dartmouth, Harvard, MIT) and governmental agencies (European Parliament). Her work has been featured in several media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, TIME, Fortune and Forbes.

Prior to Dropbox, Melanie held HR leadership roles at Apple and General Electric. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Bentley University and a Master's Degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
