Matthew S. Perry is a Lecturer in Information & Knowledge Strategy (INKS) at Columbia University, bringing over 20 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, and advanced analytics. A specialist in customer lifetime value and strategic planning, Matt’s work and research integrates the fundamentals of P&L management and financial modeling with behavioral economics and customer psychology.
