Matthew D. Zettwoch

As Vice President at MTA Construction & Development, Matthew is responsible for leading a combination of Projects and Teams, delivering a program portfolio worth over $5 Billion, as part of the MTA's historic $55 Billion Dollar Capital Program, and some of their most challenging and complex projects. 

Following Matthew's success reconstructing the Penn Station Long Island Railroad Concourse Project, Matthew has been tasked with leading the MTA Construction & Development Station's Integrated Projects Team, on a wide variety of large-scale and complex mega projects; including Penn Station, the 42nd Street Midtown Corridor, Times Square, Bryant Park and Grand Central Projects, 175 Park Development Partnership, 14th Street Corridor, 8th Avenue Line, 3 Under River Tubes, and a mix of other integrated projects across all five boroughs. 

Prior to joining the MTA, Matthew worked for over 15 years in the Private Sector on many notable large-scale projects in and around New York, New Jersey, and Long Island. Some of these projects include Terminal 5 at JFK, Manhattan West Towers, Hudson Yards, 99 Hudson, Bronx Terminal Market, United Nations, Thurgood Marshall US Federal Courthouse, and Fulton Street Transit Center to name a few. 

With a vast amount of experience in High-Rise, Core & Shell, Residential, Commercial, Educational, and Transportation projects, Matthew brings with him a tremendous amount of expertise on a variety of notable mega projects, in addition to his academic experience as an Alumni of the Master's Degree Program in Construction Administration at Columbia University
