Mark Jankiewicz

Mark Jankiewicz has over 20 years of experience in financial services and risk management. He is currently the Head of Operational Risk Management Framework and GRC at Prudential Financial based in Newark, NJ. He is responsible for overseeing Prudential’s global operational risk framework, which sets out the governance, policies, and practices to proactively identify, assess, measure, report and mitigate operational risk exposures.

Mark is a versatile and collaborative risk leader with multifaceted experience in enterprise, operational, vendor, resiliency, technology/cyber and AI risk management. He also has extensive experience with board risk committee and executive level reporting, risk and control self-assessment (RCSA), control testing, client assurance and SOC/HITRUST reporting.

Mark received his MBA in Finance from Saint Peter’s College and his BA in Economics and Sociology from Rutgers University.
