Marianne has extensive experience as an HR learning professional and certified executive coach in Fortune 500 companies, She spent the majority of her career in learning leadership roles in financial services - Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and BlackRock. She is currently leading a learning transformation at a mid-sized international law firm, Brown Rudnick.
Marianne partners closely with executive leaders to create a culture of learning that aligns to a firm’s organizational strategy and high-performance culture. This includes understanding team dynamics, assessing skill development needs, designing blended curricula, facilitating workshops, and coaching executives.
Marianne is inspired by and passionate about evolving businesses and their people to drive positive behavioral change and reach their fullest potential.
