Mariana Caro

As the NECR Representative, my goal is to strengthen the sense of community within our cohort by creating opportunities for connection, collaboration, and mutual support. I plan to organize initiatives that highlight our diverse backgrounds and experiences, helping us learn from one another both personally and professionally. As part of the Career Design Lab Committee, I aim to amplify career and academic opportunities, ensuring our cohort stays informed about events, workshops, and resources that advance our goals. I also plan to collaborate with organizations like Anchors and support their initiatives to expand our impact beyond the program. In addition, I’ll actively participate in school events, volunteer, and represent NECR with enthusiasm. Most importantly, I will serve as a bridge between our cohort and the administration by collecting feedback, communicating needs, and advocating for ways to enhance our collective experience and build a stronger, more connected NECR community.
