Magdalena Bedkowska is an experienced real estate and project management professional with more than 20 years of expertise spanning property management, commercial construction, and corporate real estate. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities while successfully managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.

During her extensive property management career, Magdalena developed deep expertise in contract negotiations, proposal analysis, operational oversight, and documentation management. She consistently identified opportunities for cost savings while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.

In recent years, Magdalena has been a key member of CBRE's Commercial Construction Project Management team, where she has excelled in process improvement, project operations, and system training initiatives. She is highly skilled in developing and maintaining process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and performance reporting. Her ability to drive operational efficiency and support organizational change has made her a valuable contributor within the corporate real estate environment.
