Laura is currently the Chief of Staff, Global Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) at Mastercard in New York. As a key member of the unit’s product & engineering leadership team, Laura is responsible for driving strategic planning to ensure that the vision and objectives are met.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Laura worked at American Express reporting to the EVP of Network & Acquirer Solutions. During her tenure at Amex, Laura drove operational governance and helped build an inclusive and diverse IT workforce within her Unit CIO's organization. Prior to Amex, Laura spent over a decade in digital media where she was responsible for creating and scaling digital brand assets that grew revenue and consumer engagement. Personally, Laura's passionate about driving organizational change and mentoring the next generation of technology leaders.
