Kyle-Beth Hilfer is the principal attorney at Hilfer Law. She has over 30 years of experience as an advertising/marketing and intellectual property law attorney. Ms. Hilfer helps clients from a broad range of industries launch, market, and protect their brands.
Harnessing her unique understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging marketplaces, Ms. Hilfer regularly counsels on legal and regulatory risk associated with commercial speech, copy clearance, claim substantiation, comparative advertising, and false/deceptive advertising.
Ms. Hilfer advises clients from the concept stage through execution on a broad variety of marketing activities, including AI-generated campaigns. She drafts and negotiates campaign-related contracts and transactional documents with an eye toward avoiding future litigation. She also works to secure, protect, and license intellectual property portfolios.
She is an experienced arbitrator, mediator, and Special Master, often for disputes relating to branding initiatives and commercial contracts. She serves on numerous panels, including the American Arbitration Association and World Intellectual Property Organization.
Ms. Hilfer graduated from Harvard Law School (J.D., cum laude) and Yale College (B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
