Kristin Connelly Dock is VP of Business Operations at Xbox, working across its impressive portfolio of studios and games including Activision (E.g. Call of Duty), Blizzard (E.g. World of Warcraft), King (E.g. Candy Crush), Bethesda (E.g. Starfield), Mojang (E.g. Minecraft) and more. Her focus is on its game content and studio operations and synergies for the business, with an ultimate focus on the player. Kristin has held various marketing and business roles at Xbox and Activision Blizzard (ABK) -- who was acquired by Microsoft in October 2023 for a staggering $69B -- including leading ABK's global brand marketing for its professional esports leagues (Overwatch League and Call of Duty League) where she led the fan-facing initiatives including brand strategy, advertising and promotions, and digital marketing. She also was interim head of ABK's consumer products division and helped with the merger and integration efforts with Microsoft Gaming, with a focus on sales, marketing, and go-to-market.
Prior to joining ABK in June 2017, Kristin previously worked at the New York Jets for seven years overseeing marketing, fan communications, and graphic design. Kristin also worked on Madison Avenue at the global advertising agency J. Walter Thompson and the Baltimore Ravens. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
