Kim McCall, Ph.D.

Executive Director, Children in Conflict | Lecturer, Columbia University | Founder & CEO, McCall Nonprofit Consulting

Dr. Kim McCall is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 25 years of experience scaling impact, growing revenue, innovating programs, developing teams, and building equity. She currently leads Children in Conflict, a member organization of the War Child Alliance devoted to protecting children affected by war worldwide. Additionally, McCall serves as a lecturer at Columbia University's M.S. Nonprofit Management program.

Previously, McCall was the Head of U.S. Operations at Yamba Malawi, where she spearheaded initiatives like decolonizing leadership and doubling the program's reach and funds. She is the founder and CEO of McCall Nonprofit Consulting, partnering with a diverse array of organizations, such as Happy Hearts Fund, Save the Children, New Heights, and the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation, to enhance their funding strategies, brand equity, and program expansion.

McCall founded the Juice Box Project, which focuses on youth entrepreneurship, as a result of her commitment to social equity. She also serves on Manhattan Community Board Five and was instrumental in expanding Playworks' impact to 250 schools and increasing Happy Hearts Fund’s revenue growth significantly across nine countries.

McCall holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University. Her early career included transformative roles at organizations like the Coalition for the Homeless and the American Cancer Society.
