Kerry Gendron

Kerry Gendron has over 23 years of experience as a compliance risk management and analytics leader, strategic change agent, management consultant, program manager, and technology and data innovator within the financial services industry.

Most recently she was Senior Vice President at FINRA leading Member Supervision’s Analytics, Innovation and Solutions Team.  Her team leveraged innovative technologies, analytics, and methods, such as human-centered design, to supercharge the department’s ability to fulfill its mission of investor protection and market integrity.  Ms. Gendron was also instrumental in establishing and steering FINRA’s Enterprise Advanced Analytics Program.

Immediately prior to joining FINRA in 2019, she was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, serving as the Legal & Compliance Division’s Head of Technology Strategy, and Head of Compliance Oversight (Monitoring & Testing). Ms. Gendron also spent several years as a management consultant advising global financial holding companies on topics spanning risk management, compliance and technology.
