Katie Guadalupe Rosales

Columbia HBCU Fellow 2022 | M.S. in Nonprofit Management - University of the District of Columbia

Katie Rosales is a 2022 HBCU Fellow at Columbia University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the District of Columbia. Katie is passionate about nutrition, food justice, and health disparities in communities of color. Katie plans to use her Master’s degree from the SPS Nonprofit Management program to one day operate her own nonprofit for BIPOC who are aspiring Registered Dietitians.
