Kati Fernandez

Kati Fernandez is the newly appointed Chief Content Officer at TOGETHXR, a women-centric sports media and commerce startup co-founded by Alex Morgan, Chloe Kim, Simone Manuel, and Sue Bird. Prior to this role, she built a strong track record at ESPN (since 2019), where she most recently served as Head of Content Development, overseeing the strategy and execution of original programming, studio content, specials, branded partnerships, premium storytelling podcasts, and ESPN’s drive to build its slate across ESPN+, ESPN Originals, and related platforms. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Fernandez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Pre-Medical Studies from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master’s in Communications from Syracuse University.
