Kathryn M. Green (she/her) is a strategic operations and communications executive who partners with scientific, technical, and mission-driven organizations to drive transformation and scale leadership, operational clarity, and cultural alignment. For over 15 years, she has been the right-hand of C-suite leaders in high-growth and regulated industries, including AI, biotech, clinical research, and financial services. Her work is grounded in a behavioral science approach to strategy, combining operational rigor with storytelling, human insight, and executional precision to help organizations move from complexity to clarity.
Kathryn serves as Chief of Staff and Acting Head of Communications at Emmes Group, a pioneering AI-driven clinical research organization. In this dual role, she drives enterprise alignment, performance systems, and high-impact communications to support innovation and transformation. Previously, she held operational and communications roles at Medidata and Starr Companies and consulting roles at AXA.
She holds a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Houston Baptist University.
