Kate Bruce

Kate Bruce is an accomplished professional, with expertise in the luxury fashion and retail sector. Kate currently works as a Senior Consultant at frog, a global creative consultancy that helps businesses use design, strategy, creativity, and data to reinvent themselves, drive growth and orchestrate customer-centric transformation. During her time as a consultant, Kate has helped Global Fortune 500 clients such as L’Oréal, Wells Fargo and Fidelity embark on digital transformations. 

Prior to her work in consulting, Kate earned her MBA from Columbia Business School, where she honed her skills in entrepreneurship, strategy, and luxury retail. Her academic pursuits were complemented by internships at Paravel and Cartier. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree at Columbia University, Kate worked in New York City as a handbag designer for 5+ years, designing for global lifestyle brands including Kate Spade New York and DKNY. 

Kate completed her undergraduate degree (BS, Apparel, Merchandising and Design) at Iowa State University with Summa Cum Laude honors. Kate's dedication to academic excellence was recognized with the distinction of University Marshall for her graduating class.
