Dr. Jenna Lawrence is a biodiversity specialist. Her education and research experience has included work in the Peruvian Amazon, the Dominican Republic, Jordan, Venice, South Africa, Kenya, and Vietnam. As a Columbia Climate School Lecturer, she is faculty in the M.S. Program in Sustainability Management and the Sustainable Development Undergraduate Program and is co-director of the Earth Network on Nature-based Solutions. She also has an appointment at the American Museum of Natural History. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Ecology, Evolution and Environmental Biology at Columbia University and the New York Consortium in Evolutionary Primatology.
