Jane Gios
Associate, Human Capital Management
Jane Gios has over 20 years’ experience as a human resources advisor, performance coach and instructor, specializing in the fields of human resources, performance management, strategy, and entrepreneurship. She has designed coursework and instructs for several colleges within the City University of New York system. She started HR Solutions Network, a management consulting firm, several years ago servicing the tech startup and financial sectors. Identifying client needs, she helps companies execute programs which align organizational plans and business goals. She accomplishes this by studying internal practices and advises appropriate measures to gain competitive advantage.
Previous to HR Solutions, Jane was in several HR leadership roles at Deloitte, Citibank and AIG. Recently she served as Vice President of Programming for the Society of Human Resources Management and also served on the Board of Directors. She also served on the Board of the Westchester Land Trust and contributes articles and commentary to Forbes Coaches Council. Jane received her B.B.A. from Pace University where she majored in Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
