Isaiah Baker

Isaiah Baker is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information and Knowledge Strategy (IKNS) and serving as an At-Large Representative for the SPS Student Government (SPSSG). He is a 2023 graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Isaiah now calls Atlanta, Georgia home.

Serving as an At-Large Representative, Isaiah aims to advocate for the diverse needs and interests of the entire SPS student body. His academic and professional background spans business, technology, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on how emerging technologies can empower creativity, collaboration, community impact, and advocacy.

Isaiah is particularly passionate about building systems and platforms that bring together passionate creatives, socially conscious leaders, and innovative entrepreneurs to collaborate, share ideas, and create meaningful change. Through his role on the Alumni & Community Engagement Committee, he hopes to strengthen communities and establish transformative pipelines across the SPS community, Columbia alumni, and diverse industry professionals. Isaiah's ultimate goal is to help create an environment where students can feel safe to authentically grow, build, and bring their ideas to life.
