Irene has spent more than 20 years harnessing technology to meet communication challenges across industries including tech, media, beauty, wealth, wellness, and food. She has held roles as a market researcher, consultant, brand manager, career coach, and digital media expert, working with leading companies such as P&G, Unilever, and Facebook, as well as agencies including VaynerMedia and Sterling Brands (part of Omnicom).

Her shift into digital began while revitalizing the classic Honeycomb cereal brand, which had strong consumer recognition but a modest marketing budget. With traditional advertising off the table, she turned to digital and social media, developing skills that have shaped her work ever since. Today, she applies the same practical, needs-driven approach to generative AI, exploring how the technology is transforming how we work, learn, and connect.
