Ian Clark is a senior technology executive with over two decades of experience leading enterprise technology transformations across global investment banking and financial services. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Guggenheim Securities, he has held CTO roles at Lazard Financial Advisory, York Capital Management, Sculptor Capital, and Bain Capital, building a career defined by aligning technology strategy with business performance at the highest levels of the financial industry.
Ian has deep expertise at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk. Having served simultaneously as CTO and Chief Information Security Officer at multiple firms, he has designed and implemented cyber resilience frameworks, security-by-design architectures, and governance structures addressing the evolving threat landscape facing financial institutions. He has also chaired AI Governance Committees navigating the emerging risks of artificial intelligence in regulated industries.
