Harish Dakshina

Harish is a senior leader with deep business transformation, risk, and regulatory compliance experience across the Financial Services industry. Currently at Vanguard, Harish leads operational and risk services for the retail division covering Client Experience, Digital Transformation, and Sales and Service Operations. Harish is focused on bringing product, technology, and risk teams to strengthen and enable digital interactions with clients, build strategic capabilities to identify and correct scaled incidents and errors, and drive compliance with complex regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Vanguard, Harish was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory Practice. Harish advised leading domestic and foreign banking organizations on Board level matters from reputational risk and regulatory compliance to operational transformation. He worked with senior executives across Asset and Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, Credit Cards, Payments, and emerging Financial Technology (FinTech) organizations to define strategic priorities and design operating and talent models. Harish began his career working with early-stage technology start-ups in product development across the lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
