Erin Connell

Erin M. Connell is the Director of BoardLead at Cause Strategy Partners, overseeing the firm's signature program which matches professionals to nonprofit Board of Director opportunities. Her work focuses on expanding BoardLead's footprint and strengthening governance and equity & inclusion practices across the nonprofit sector.  As an adjunct professor at NYU, Erin teaches a year-long Master's-level course on nonprofit consulting. Erin serves as Board Secretary of NOSH Delivers, a Long Island-based nonprofit working to end food insecurity.  Erin completed her MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management at NYU, and earned her BA in Philosophy and Human Rights from Columbia University.
