Elson Kuriakose
Associate, Human Capital Management
Elson is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience spanning continents, industries, and diverse cultural contexts. In a career spanning over two decades, Elson has led both large divisional HR and CoE roles for global MNCs. In his most recent role at Google, Elson led the people function for Corporate Engineering and Google Health teams globally, supporting multiple C-level leaders. He has held similar roles of varying complexity and scale at IBM, Tata Hitachi, and Mahindra, managing multi-billion, multi-thousand employee global organizations.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Elson is a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness meditation and an avid reader. He maintains a profound interest in various social science disciplines, particularly their convergence with technology and practical applications within contemporary workplaces. Elson holds two advanced graduate degrees in HR, including a Master's from Cornell University specializing in HR & Organization. Additionally, he serves as an Adjunct Associate Faculty member for the Human Capital Management Master’s program at Columbia University.
