Dennis Alvarado

Dennis Alvarado currently serves as the Head of HR Data Analytics & Technology at Aspen, an Apollo portfolio company. With over thirty years of global Human Resources experience, he has held leadership roles both in the US and abroad having spent much of his career working with technology, asset management and financial services teams. Prior to joining Aspen, Dennis held HR leadership roles at Meta, Bloomberg, Nuveen Investments, Blackrock, HSBC, Nasdaq and Prudential Financial.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Languages from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University’s Graduate School of Industrial & Labor Relations. Dennis speaks several languages, is SHRM – SCP certified, a Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP™) in Life and Business Coaching through the Certified Coaches Federation and completed New York University’s Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching Program.
Dennis lives in New York City and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
