Courtney Johnson is a senior consultant specializing in process development, knowledge management, and digital presence for nonprofit and community organizations. With over 20 years of experience in both government and nonprofit sectors, Courtney leverages her technical expertise to drive mission outcomes, focusing on developing solutions that empower under-served communities. Her work spans a diverse range of initiatives, including grower advocacy, food security, community resilience, and expanding legal access.

Courtney also serves as an advisory board member for her local historical society, helping to expand access to historical records and preserved properties. She holds an M.S. in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies and a B.T.A.S. from Kent State University.
