Claire Husson-Citanna

Claire Husson-Citanna, CFA is currently working at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Before joining the New York Fed, Claire had been a Global Emerging Markets Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Franklin Templeton, Wellington and at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Claire was also CEO and co-founder of an intrapreneurial fintech incubated at Abu Dhabi Global Markets which proved the concept of crowdfunding for sovereigns via government bonds, in fiat and tokenized forms. Claire began her career as an auditor for banks, capital markets and the Agence France Tresor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Her research focused on Emerging Markets, foreign exchange and interest rate duration hedging optimization strategies, primary market fixed income auction designs and Central Banks Digital Currencies. Claire earned an MBA from ESCP Business School and an MPA from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. She completed online courses in Cryptocurrency at MIT Media Lab and in Artificial Intelligence Strategy at UC Berkeley School of Information. Claire is a CFA Charterholder.
