Catarina Carvalho is the leader of the Logistics and Supply Chain practice at Arup Americas, where she delivers complex technical projects for Fortune 500 companies. A thought leader in urban logistics, consolidation centers, and sustainable supply chains, Catarina develops innovative solutions that shape the future of urban mobility and sustainability. With a background in electrical and computer engineering, Catarina holds both a BSc and MSc in the field, complemented by a MSc in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. She combines her engineering expertise with robust management consulting skills to tackle multifaceted challenges. Her professional credentials include being a Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS CSCP), a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transportation (CMILT), and a Certified Professional for Sustainable Infrastructure (ENVISION SP). Catarina actively contributes to the industry through her roles as a Committee Member for Urban Land Institute (ULI NEXT) and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
