Carrie is a global Insights + Strategy consultant with 20+ years of experience spanning some of the world’s most important brands. Her experience is broad and intersectional, often collaborating across brand, communications, and innovation to bring new ideas to market. A deep curiosity in people and a love for exploring new territories has kept her at
the forefront of solving novel problems in ways that meaningfully connect consumers and brands.
Carrie is currently the Head of Insights at Fantasy, where her team powers human-centered innovation and strategic brand experiences. Prior to joining Fantasy, she founded an award-winning research strategy discipline at VML (formerly VMLY&R) and pushed industry best practices forward with board positions with the Advertising Research Foundation as well as the Design Thinking program at the Tombolo Institute. Carrie has worked at Olson Zaltman, Digitas and as a consultant in the Arts, with work across a breadth of verticals and brands.
She has a graduate degree from Columbia University in Arts Administration with an emphasis on Advertising and Communications, and an undergraduate degree from Christian Brothers University in Psychology and Art.
