Arshia Pramod (‘25 SPS)

Arshia Pramod is a strategic communication professional currently pursuing an M.S. at Columbia University. With experience at leading firms like Deloitte, Actis, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Taj Hotels, she has developed expertise in organizational development, finance, and marketing.

Arshia led Syracuse University's team in the prestigious Bateman Competition, where they achieved a top 10 national ranking. Passionate about psychology and community service, she co-founded the Syracuse University chapter of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, leading initiatives that support education for children, specifically young girls. Her leadership extends to Delta Sigma Pi and The Women’s Network, focusing on empowering women and fostering professional development. 

Arshia combines her communication skills with a deep commitment to making a positive impact in both her field and the broader community.
