Anthony Calleo is an Employee Experience and culture strategist with extensive expertise in aligning people, technology, and business strategy to build thriving, future-ready organizations. He has partnered with companies ranging from global enterprises like Disney to rapidly scaling startups and mission-driven nonprofits, guiding transformations that strengthen culture, deepen engagement, and drive performance.

As Founder and Principal of Calleo EX, Anthony leads initiatives in strategic HR planning, culture design, change management, and leadership development. His work is recognized for creating people strategies that are operationally effective and culturally resonant, ensuring alignment between leadership intent and employee reality.

Anthony holds a B.A. in Communications Arts, an M.S. in Instructional Technology, and is a Certified Reset-it Specialist. In addition to his consulting and teaching work, he serves as a speaker and advisor to executives, founders, and HR leaders seeking to modernize their approach to people and culture.
