Andrea M. Mancuso

Andrea M. Mancuso is a critical thinker focused on empowering opportunity through strategic communication and problem solving.

As a Director, Training and Education Lead, Andrea advances the development and implementation of global training and educational projects in support of clinical research, medical, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and quality at Pfizer.

Over 15+ years with Pfizer, she has enjoyed working on diverse initiatives including: leading strategic communication to accelerate innovation, champion performance, deepen engagement, and inform decisions; refining service delivery for business office governance and operations; designing simplified processes for the review and approval of digital content; managing promotional launch activities; driving philanthropy; conducting field force training; and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns for both consumer and healthcare professional audiences.

In Fall 2021, Andrea joined Columbia University – School of Professional Studies as a Course Associate for The Compelling Communicator, which covers how to apply foundational communication theory to inform and motivate an audience to act. She is excited to return to her alma mater and support a new community of communication leaders who wish to enhance their skills and strategic counsel expertise.

Andrea lives in Battery Park, NYC with her husband and two sons.
