Amy Radin is a corporate innovation trailblazer who brings her experience as a marketing, digital, innovation and customer experience operator at brands including American Express, Citi, and AXA to facilitate transformative change essential in a VUCA world. 


Throughout a 25-year Fortune career, Amy led significant transformation initiatives, experiencing how critical it is to bring stakeholders together around the strategic, talent, cultural, creativity, capability requirements, data and customer insights dimensions that create the conditions for change leaders to succeed. She now engages with large and middle market enterprises advising on customer experience, marketing, product, and cultural transformation; serves on the advisory boards of select mar-tech, fin-tech and AI-tech scaleups; and invests as a limited partner in a collaborative early-stage fund.


A pragmatic visionary and collaborator who “connects the dots” between customer expectations, business model, and delivery, Amy is the author of the award-winning book, The Change Maker’s Playbook: How to Seek, Seed and Scale Innovation in Any Company.


She was named a Director to Watch by Private Company Director, honored by US Banker as a Most Powerful Woman in Banking, and received the NYU Stern Graduate School of Business Nichols Award for Enterprise, Integrity and Service, Stern’s highest annual honor conferred upon a member of the greater community.
