Allison Swann

Allison Swann is a passionate advocate for social justice with a strong foundation in communications. She is committed to using her skills to uplift and empower communities across the world. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, with minors in Psychology and Political Science, from Xavier University of Louisiana, giving her a well rounded understanding of human behavior, societal structures, and the role that communications plays in it all. With experience at organizations like the ACLU and NASA, she is committed to driving meaningful change through effective communication. Allison plans to leverage her Master of Science in Strategic Communication to enhance impact-driven initiatives and strengthen outreach efforts at nonprofits and mission-focused organizations. In addition to her studies, Allison enjoys baking, exploring nature, reading Black and African fantasy/sci-fi novels, and playing with her two cats, Sage and Juni.
