Allan Gonzalez is a senior product leader and educator specializing in credit risk, digital lending, and financial technology platforms. In his role as Director of Product Management at Mastercard, Allan leads the Global SME Access-to-Capital strategy, where he designs and scales data-driven credit risk and lending solutions that expand access to financing for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide.

Allan’s work focuses on building end-to-end product systems at the intersection of payments, alternative data, embedded finance, and credit decisioning. He has led global pilot programs across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC, integrating proprietary and third-party data into lender decision models to improve outcomes for thin-file and underserved borrowers. Known for his ability to lead through ambiguity, Allan brings together cross-functional teams across product, technology, delivery, and go-to-market to translate complex risk challenges into scalable, market-ready platforms.
