As a graduate student in Enterprise Risk Management at Columbia University with six years of experience in finance and investment banking, I bring a data-driven perspective to strategic decision-making and innovation. Now pivoting into machine learning engineering, I am passionate about integrating analytical rigor with human-centered design to build intelligent systems that empower better risk decisions. During my second year of grad study, I aim to strengthen cross-cultural and interdisciplinary dialogue within the SPS community, champion women’s leadership and representation in technology and finance, and foster an inclusive environment where every voice contributes to progress. Through collaboration and mentorship, I hope to bridge disciplines and identities—transforming diverse ideas into equitable, forward-thinking solutions that define the next generation of leadership.
