Alicia Dong

Alicia is a master’s candidate in Enterprise Risk Management at Columbia University, with a distinguished background in investment banking, strategic development, and global leadership. She serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Martlet & Venus LLC, a premier NYC-based designer startup, where she leads business strategy, market expansion, and growth initiatives. Additionally, as the new International Affairs Officer at the Columbia Global ESG Leadership Association (CGELA), she working closely with The United Nations Foundation (UNF) to advance global sustainability efforts. Beyond finance and strategy, she is the NYC Brand Ambassador for Growbie, the largest Chinese networking platform in North America, fostering cross-cultural engagement and entrepreneurial synergy. Passionate about leadership, innovation, and the intersection of risk and opportunity, she is committed to enhancing the Columbia SPS experience, championing initiatives that empower the student body.
