Hi fellow SPS Students! I’m Alexandra Mayorga, your new Human Capital Management program representative. 
A little about me: I’m from Peru and a passionate Human Capital professional with over seven years of experience in strategic roles like consulting and business partnering, and now a full-time HCM Master’s student.
I’m passionate about fostering environments where everyone’s voice matters and we can all thrive together. That’s why I’m excited to advocate for our unique needs and work towards enhancing our academic and personal journeys at SPS. 
I believe collaboration and communication are key to creating lasting positive change, and enjoy connecting with others over a good conversation, exploring new ideas, and building a dynamic, supportive, and engaging community at SPS together.
